Stephen Allan Goodfellow 02/12/1956-22/10/2023
Stephen, otherwise known as “Steve the hat”, peacefully passed away with his Father and Daughters by his side on 22/10/2023 at Conquest Hospital aged 66. A loving son, brother, husband, father and grandad, Stephen leaves behind his dad Robin, brother Len, sister-in-law Kim, children, Clinten, Katy, Penny, Lucy and Robyn along with his niece, nephews and grandchildren who he cherished dearly. A proud publican who devoted his life to making others feel valued and accepted. This is a truly devastating loss and Stephen will be missed deeply by his family and the local community. A memorial service will be held at Hastings Cemetery and Crematorium, The Ridge, Hastings TN34 2AE 16th November 2023 at 10:45am followed by a wake at West St Leonard’s Community Centre from 12pm. Those who wish to attend are welcome. In lieu of flowers, the family requested donations be made to Conquest Hospital Intensive Care Unit who cared for Stephen and supported the family immeasurably.
